I like that they're very responsive via text. I like when they're able to take him to appointments when I am not. They're very responsible and help him remember to take his medication.

I appreciate their willingness and flexibility. It feels like they truly care about my aunt. My aunt is wrestling with changes in memory and mental state. I feel as though Assisting Hands has been willing to work with whatever state she is in. So far, I have heard that it is going well when I am not there.

I think they need to be more interactive. The complaint I hear from my mom is that they just sit there and read a book or look at their phones. It's helping; one of the girls has been doing my mom's laundry which is one less thing that I have to do.

They need to improve the quality of people they hire. They keep changing people all the time, and you have to teach the new people, sometimes they don't show up for work. They need to be consistent with the quality of people that they have and be consistent with the people showing up.

I recommend it because I have been pleased with the women who come here. A couple of girls from the office stopped by here, and they were nice. I like that she does my sheets and gets my mail because I have a problem walking.

It's been a huge help for her, she is elderly, so they have been helping her with the cleaning. The everyday chores that have become hard for her, they help with. We have a few glitches and laps in service.

Joan is very good. They could have more interactive helpers that will take her for meals and lay her clothes out. The quality of care is not good. They tell us that they will send someone, but they don't. Our primary caregiver is Joan and she has been switched around.
