They went to 24 hour care, which then went to 12 hour care on the night shift. They were not able to provide consistent care for my mother. They could've improved with better quality of care.

For four days straight, the aides didn't show up, and they didn't have anyone to come. They asked me if they could have a family member do it, and they are being burned out. They don't have anyone to do the job and are saying that it's an unsafe environment. The client is saying that there are bugs, and they have yet to do an investigation. They aren't helping, so they aren't having any impact on me. They are doing a terrible job. The aides left my aunt unattended two days ago and said there were bugs. I wasn't here and there was no one to attend them. They were hiring on the spot people and this assignment was their first one. If they didn't have the people, why are they taking the assignment?

We currently have overnight staff to monitor her and make sure she is staying safe. When she is awake they get her up and assist her with her shower. They should guarantee services. There were times when staff called out and there was no one to cover.

They give cards, gift cards, they remember his birthday, and they check in on him regularly. I really appreciate them. The caregivers have helped the client the most with making sure all the medications are picked up on time or delivered. They make sure all the appointments are kept. It's very important to keep his appointments up to date to make sure he gets care on time. They make sure he continues to thrive rather than decline. His doctors are raving at his recovery from his surgery. I like that they're very compassionate people and it's a very good agency.

Everything is good. The aide helps me with grocery shopping, so I do not need to go outside. I cannot stand the heat. The aide is excellent.

They should not have me call them and then not call back. I haven't seen a caregiver for more than a month. They just don't have any caregivers for me, those that they have are not good, others resined. It's very hard to get a hold of anyone in the agency, I feel like don't get good services from them.

If we did not use them I would have to do all of this by myself. They made sure we were accommodated for autism care, they got that certified just for us.
