We had Signature Hospice Medford OR for my husband before it was very short term. They were very professional and very, very caring. We had three different people come. He came home from the hospital on Thursday and someone came and explained everything to us. They had brought the hospital bed and an overhead table the day before so everything was set up and ready. A girl came and did an assessment and everything was good. They were good. When he passed at 9:00 at night, I called them. Cate was her name, she came right over and took care of everything and called the funeral parlor. It was well done, I had no complaints at all. Our sons and son-in-law took down the equipment and put it in the garage, and they came on Monday and picked it up. They have a good after-program time too, and they checked back. I can see where it would be very helpful for some people. The people from Signature were very pleasant, very professional, and caring. Not the down-in-the-mouth type of people at all, and for us that was wonderful. We are not young people, and it was unwelcome but not unexpected, so I was quite impressed with nothing dealt with hospice on a personal level. I was very happy and I would not hesitate to recommend them again.
