Home Well provided excellent services in every area we needed. The office people were very nice to work with, and were quite efficient. The care givers they provided us with were well suited to the needs of my wife and provided exceptional care and companionship. I was suddenly confronted with a difficult situation, and I was particularly lucky to have stumbled on Home Well. They helped me get things together and provided a stable support system that I really needed. They were excellent in all regards. I couldn't have asked for more. I will always be grateful to them.

I take of my mom in our home and we decided to go to Homewell care services. It’s the best decision we made in taking care of my mom. Homewell care services in Clackamas , OR are wonderful to work for. I can always talk to someone if I have any questions. Their staff is always helpful, obliging and friendly. No matter what questions I have.

We used to have in-home care services from HomeWell Care Services but I would not use them again. The caregiver we had from them was good to my mom, but she had flaked a lot. I figured it was her fault that my mom got sick, because she decided to take another job where she was fostering four kids, and she just stopped showing up consistently. So I did not want to go back with them. They offered the same services like the one we're using now, they came in 4 hours a day and took care of my mom. After they left, my mom was a lot sicker, I wasn't happy with them. I don't think that they should have their caregivers just taking off. Their caregiver took care of the estate of one of her clients that died, so she wasn't there for my mom anymore. It was all about commitment.

Homewell was recommended to us. They did everything they said they were going to do for my mom. We were satisfied with them. They were prompt and efficient. They were well trained, punctual, and attentive.

HomeWell does house cleaning, grocery shopping, and gourmet cooking for us. The people are very good and patient.

My experience with HomeWell Senior Care of Portland has been incredible. They have caring staff that helped my mother get through a very difficult recovery. I can't thank them enough for all of their support!

We only had Homewell for three weeks, and then my husband got traumatically worse and had to go into a care center. They were certainly responsive to me immediately. They came out and interviewed myself and my husband, then we had to interview them. They came back a couple of days later and talked to us again, so I would say that they were very responsive. She was only there three days a week for three weeks, so it was very limited. Everything that I asked for, they did. She prepared lunch for my husband, spoke with him, played games like some trivia pursuit or something with him, and tried to engage him. There’s nothing bad to say about them; they seemed fine.
