I do fine as we are, the agency is here on time to make my experience positive. I would recommend them because so far, they have taken good care of my husband.

I usually have a list of things that I would like to possibly do that day, and the caregiver that I have right now goes over and above the things I have listed. I would recommend them because I thought it was really neat that they check the background of the patients and employees, so that the neither party is subject to abuse.

I can't think of many things right now. Not very much of anything can be done to have a greater impact. I guess they could improve the consistency, by doing the same thing. Sometimes they forget what they are doing. I don't think it's meaningful.

It's been really difficult because my mom has a language barrier and was forgetting how to speak English, but things have settled out. They've risen to the occasion. It's a really well oiled machine. The other agency we called had the same functions, but things fell through the cracks a lot more with them.

It was individual people that made my grandma anxious, but not everyone was like that. I liked that the ladies that I dealt with in regard to scheduling were nice and accommodating.

My caregiver has helped me the most by performing tasks that I am no longer able to do such as getting my mail and helping with general cleaning. I like that they have a flexible schedule. The home helper that I have does an excellent job.
