The first agency I had was Easter Seals. I just chose them from a list of agencies that my case manager gave me. The aide they sent me was really good, but she quit the company in about a week and they didn't send anybody for a whole week. The service was okay, but they didn't have enough people working for them. There were a lot of times, they didn't have an aide. But they were nice to me. They need to get more people to work for them or have enough aides.
