We hired Comfort Keepers within a week of us contacting. When we called, they answered the phone. They scheduled somebody to come to interview my parents right away and my parents liked them so they got hired. The lady who came to interview them was very knowledgeable about their needs and was able to look at my parents' situation in both the domestic and the physical abilities and gave them a price and what they thought they needed for a week. My parents have been very happy with them. They do housekeeping, some house cleaning and laundry. They assist my dad with his shower because my mom can't lift the shower. They make sure if he needs anything that they'll be there to help out if my mom can't. They come three times a week so he can bathe three times a week. They have a regular caregiver and when she's going to not be there, she lets them know who's coming next and what they are like so my parents don't feel nervous with somebody new coming in. My parents were very happy with her and so far, all the caretakers that have come in have been great. So far, they haven't met anybody they didn't like there.
