WellCare Home Health has been my provider since January 2010. I am daibetic and I have had three and half toes amputated. My aid that worked for me was wonderful. My aid went beyond the call of duty. My aid had one other client. Wellcare wanted her to take on a additional case for someone who needed much more care everyday. I believe WellCare thinking is that this client would bring in much more money from Medicare. Eventually, when my aid refused to give me up and the other client, she was fired. Also, I have one nurse who is very nice and one nurse who is very rude. I believe WellCare is one of the lowest paying agency in our area. Thank you, sallysue
