They have helped My dad so much OSU suggested we use this agency and boy were thy right. This company is like no other. The nurse came out the very next morning to help dad with his IV. She was the sweetest little nurse, She said she had to call the nursing director to get supplies for my dads foot wound, she called her, told her what we needed and then our nurse told us we should have them in a day or two. Well day 2 came around and we only had two more days of supplies left and I was getting nervous because we didn't have our supplies left, I had to call the agency and find where my dads supplies were. So I called and asked for the nursing director since she was the one I was told ordered them. Well she was away for a week and I instantly got scared. Where's dads supplies? Oh no is this one of these home care places I had heard about that was so bad, I thought. Well the young lady said she would transfer me to the administrator... The administrator, what now? Well this nice young man got on the phone and said he was the administrator. Well I told him my problem and asked where my dads supplies were and he knew who my dad was as soon as I said his name, that was nice, because i was pretty upset at this point and well he reassured me he would find out right away, he placed me on hold, and came back on the phone and he said there were some delays waiting for the insurance to approve them. And it would take an additional day to get the supplies, he said he could give the nurse some supplies they have in house at no charge to bring to my dad so we were not to run out. Talking to him I felt much better. Sure enough the nurse brought the back up supplies and the supplies came that next day without any hiccups. What a relief, things were hectic enough with dad having this terrible infection. The administrator then called me back a few days later to make sure we got everything and we did. The nurse was always there when we needed her, she even gave us her card with her cell phone number on it and we needed to use it and she answered right away at 10 at night because dads machine was making noise, and she helped us to get it to shut up and came the very next morning to make sure everything was alright. you hear so many bad things about these in-home care places, we had the best experience, we sure did get lucky. It seems like everyone in this company knew about my dad and all helped to make sure he had the best care, i mean in a nursing home you never even see the administrator, let alone talk to them and help us. And what the nursing director doing ordering our supplies? She got everything right and everything we needed, maybe thats why she does it. I will certainly use them again, we may need them as dad gets older, and I'm asking for !
