I’ve been using Ondecare for my dad the last couple of months and have been overwhelmingly satisfied. The team is helpful and responsive in problem solving and I’ve been pleased with caretakers who’ve been helping with dad. Most importantly, dad has liked them as well (quality cooking is his love language)! Some examples about how the team has helped: adjusting his care schedule on short notice (we’ve had surprise hospital visits/stays) and ensuring someone is there when we need them. Additionally the caretakers have pivoted to help in any way they were needed! Cooking, cleaning, med reminders, laundry, shopping, Bp checks, you name it. They’ve been very conscientious in reaching out to us if they have observed anything concerning, and have even taken him for his appointments on several occasions. All in all, couldn’t be happier with the team and service so far!

OndeCare was born from a need I have acutely felt myself, first as a single mom with a very demanding job and then later as the caretaker of my father in law with Parkinson's. OndeCare Heroes have cared for my loved one since 2017. Today, two OndeCare Favorites provide care when we need help with transportation, socialization, meal prep, laundry, ensuring safety, and just getting outside and providing much needed companionship. I pick the days and times I need care and the system does almost all the work for me. My schedule and needs change from week to week - this is the only way to get the care I need on my terms.

I have been using OndeCare for my Father In Law for the last couple of months. I appreciate that I can review the profiles of care givers before I hire them. I love that I can set a budget that I am comfortable with. Anytime I have needed help there is a live person to talk to and help me navigate the site. My father in law has been happy with the care givers he has had and anytime he finds a favorite we can increase the number of days they are on his schedule. Anytime I need to change the schedule or duties I can just update the job or the care provider themselves. I love that I’m in control!
