Avoid this place at all costs. We hired them for 24/7 care for our mother. The level of caregivers they sent (save one) was horrible. (For example, one caregiver insisted my mother go to bed at 9 p.m. because the caregiver was tired and wanted to go to sleep. Another left urine soaked sheets on the floor for 36 hours.) In addition to the poor quality of caregivers, the customer service is horrendous. When I complained about the quality of caregivers to the owner, he responded that they would send out the A-list people in the future. (Wasn't I paying for A-list to begin with?) Additionally, I left three messages within a 24-hour period (to arrange to keep the one good caregiver on hire) and did not receive a return phone call. I stopped doing business with them tonight and am sorry I ever engaged them to begin with. I traveled from out-of-state to arrange this service, and ended up extending my stay by five days to make sure my mother had adequate care.

Homewatch care has really been very satisfactory. The people they have provided varied but they've all been more than competent. A couple of them have been absolutely excellent. The one I have 5 days a week is extremely good. Weekend and substitute people have been good.The management always keeps me informed about things and they have been very reliable about it. I've been very pleased with them.

We have been using Homewatch to help take care of my mother for over two years. They have always provided exceptional service. Over the two years we have needed occasional help to 24 hour care for my mother, and they have always been on time, responsible and courteous. Currently, we use the service three times a week to assist my mother with appointments, shopping, and errands.
