My mother is receiving In-Home Care from Emerald Care. They have completely ignored her doctor's instructions. Now, instead of continuing to improve she has regressed considerably. They are very nice to my mother and have convinced her they know more than her doctor and can help her more than her doctor. (She is 87 years old.) I have spoken with them an explained her needs and her doctor's instructions. Nothing has changed in regards to her care. I am going to have to stop them from seeing her and hope the damage they have done is irreversible.
