We have used Cornerstone Caregiving 6 days a week for a little more than a month. They have been wonderful to work with. Amy is our main caregiver and she is so thoughtful!! We use them to help an 80 lady with daily showering, etc. We have always had a caregiver when promised. We had one personality conflict, which is expected sometimes, but they quickly changed caregivers for next visit with no problem. We are super happy with the care!

I have been using Cornerstone Caregiving - North Charlotte for two weeks now. They were recommended by a senior place. They help with light house cleaning and they help with the bath. They will help give Dad some independence when he wants to walk away. He knows that somebody is there with him, and that's worth a lot. No one is taking care of my dad at this time, and he does his own just fine right now. But yesterday, they did the laundry. They washed it, folded it, and put it out. That's valuable, so Dad doesn't have to do it. Right now, it's a trial basis for everybody. We haven't gotten the same person, but maybe twice. It will take time to know who I like and who I don't like. However, you can ask if you want them to be vaccinated or if you don't. We have asked whoever they send to be vaccinated, and they have said they will try, and they are going to try to stick with consistency so that it would be the same person.
