My mother has been with gentle touch since around nov2020 . At first it was great , and i understand that sometimes things happen that an aid cant show up. But gentle touch doesn't act like they like it if you ask them to cover when the aid is out . For the most part the aid arrives on time , gets the job done with some reminders . My mother really likes the aid thats the only reason I have not changed companies. All i will say is do research on ANY companies ask if they have coverage if an aid is going to be out, what is their policy on late shows, ect.
