Twelve different aides in one-and-a-half years. They were abominable: slept while on duty, drank while on duty, had parties with friends over, neglected my friend, didn't feed him properly, didn't keep him clean. This agency should be shut down.

I've spent the last few weeks working with Marquis Home Care to set up home care for my 92-year old Dad who just got out of a Rehab facility and has returned to his apartment in an independent senior living building. They have been great, working with me to make sure my Dad was set up and ready to go with home care service when he returned. Through the forms and all my questions they were thoughtful, followed up and explained things to me in a way I could "get it." I'd highly recommend them, especially Frimet, who saved the day more than once with her hard work and "going above and beyond."
