I had this agency for my family member for over 11 months. Very unhappy experience. Instability in coordinators and aids. We received at times 7 different aids, for each day of the week. It was ridiculous. Very confusing experience for family member. The aid that we were happy with and wanted as permanent, we could not get. There is good aids in agency but very poor management. Our personal experience with agency was very bad. I would not recommend
