If I could give this agency a 0, I would. Most of the aides they sent showed up late, were rude and disrespectful. They did not know what they were doing and hardly spent any time with my Father. One of the aides, called me a bitch. They did not want to work. Most of them were checking their texts and doing their own personal work. I was shocked at how horrific the aides were. I spoke to the CEO who also wasn't very pleasant and tried to get some of our money back, but that did not happen. These aides are negligent and they do not care about your loved ones. I strongly advice you to find another agency.

FirstLight Home Care is an agency that provides a variety of care services for their clients. They have been helpful to me and my family in caring for our elderly loved ones, offering services that range from basic companionship to complex medical care. While the caregivers have become like family to us, there have been a few instances where we have had concerns about the quality of care provided. Despite these concerns, I must say that FirstLight has been responsive to our needs and has addressed our concerns in a transparent and communicative manner. Overall, I would recommend FirstLight Home Care as a potential caregiver for your loved ones, with the caveat that you should carefully evaluate their services to ensure that they meet your specific needs.

The people that work at firstlight are very nice and extremely responsive. My mother was under 24/7 care from firstlight and the caregivers they provided for her were very kind and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

I used FirstLight, but my mom is too stubborn, and we didn’t need three hours at a time, so it just wasn’t a good fit for us. We really need just a couple of times a day instead of three hours. When I called them, they responded and we met with the head of the company, Gary, who was very nice and explained the program and everything. Due to where my mom is located, there weren’t a lot of people who go out to that location, but he did find one person who was very good. It just didn’t fit our needs for my mom as far as the time and the hours, so I did have to end their service and gave them notice. Everything was a positive experience with FirstLight. They were very good, and I don't have any complaints.
