"My mother is placed at Sarah Reed. She has been there three months now. We chose it because I was familiar with it. I was impressed with it. My sister's mother-in-law was there for several years, too. It is a good sized place. We are pleased with it. My mom has a room, which essentially has a bed, bathroom, etc. The staff is excellent. They keep in touch with us every 90 days, and frequently in between that time. The activities are quite numerous. My mother is involved with music, church, cards, etc. "

"Westlake Woods Erie, PA was very nice. Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful. From what I could see, they took very good care of the people that were entrusted to them. It was clean, it was neat, and it just seemed to offer a lot of nice things. The staff was very accommodating, answered my questions, and was very helpful. I was pleased with everything. My mother-in-law had been there some years ago. I went there because I liked it when she was there."

"I've had them for a while. Their app didn't work properly. One person doesn't know what the other person said. They call n ask if you need a replacement if your person isn't there, but they don't have one... I'm moving to a different company. They messed up my caregivers pay check. The last straw"

I really don't care to have the caregivers at all. I had the agency before six years ago, and the same thing is happening again. They come in for the four hours they're here and sit on their phones.
