Some of the aides from Maxim Healthcare Services are very good. The problem is if they come on time. Today, my aide was supposed to come at 9:00. I called, and they said they didn't have an aide for me. I was headed outside at 12:00, and all of a sudden an aide knocked on my door. They come when they want. One of the aides would be on the phone when they're not supposed to be on the phone because they're working. We've been using them since the end of December. There's just lack of communication with them.
