Happier at Home is a wonderful home health care agency and I can not say enough about them. They were a wonderful fit for our situation. From our first phone call to Trent and then with Deanna who schedules the aides , they were wonderful. Over the approximately 3 months we used Happier at Home I called Deanna in the evening, the early morning and many times in between and she was always able to help out and fill my request. We first contacted them on a Friday when we had to unexpectedly let go an aide we had hired privately. Deanna was able to get us aides in place for the up coming Monday. Their aides have been background checked, are certified nursing assistants, are covered by the agency's insurance and were always on time. We had Latoya, Barbara, Marie and Keke, who were all wonderful and more than willing to do whatever was asked of them! First and foremost they provided an extra set of eyes on my loved one. They also provide her with companionship, they cooked for her, fed her, bathed her, tolieted her, gave her her medications, helped with going to Dr. appointments, cleaned, emptied the garbage, made out a grocery list for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to be aware of. These ladies genuinely love their job. Happier at Home gave me piece of mind during a difficult time. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing home health care aides. When my relative first needed care we decided to hire privately and to be honest I would not do that again....we experienced too many problems. I was very pleased with Happier at Home and their professionalism. My loved one recently went into a nursing facility and I was sorry to have to say goodbye to this wonderful group of people. Thank you again to Happier at Home for all that you provided for us!

They were the only company I spoke with who seemed to truly understand all of the elements of high quality, safe and reliable care. From our first conversation until my mother's passing, everything was done exactly as I would have wished. Trent matched us with a caregiver who was nothing short of perfect. She was skilled, kind and reliable to a degree that is rare in any field. She never missed a day of work in 9 months and frequently went far above and beyond the call of duty. We appreciate the help from both aides we worked with and we appreciate that we were able to make a switch when our first aide was good but not a "good fit" with our dad. We used Happier at Home for my father, but it did not go well. The first time the woman came, my mother left for about an hour, and when she came back, the woman was sleeping. She was a very nice lady, but it was a very bad experience. Her duty was more for companionship and just making sure my father was safe, but she was incompetent.

My family and I were extremely pleased with the service provided by Happier At Home. Our aide, Ivonne, went above and beyond in her care for my father. Her interaction with him was so good that we kept her on even after Hospice took over. I also found the owner very easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

Happier at Home provided us with Caregivers that were absolute “Angels” when we needed to increase care for our Dad and still allow him the dignity of living independently! Trent was wonderful to work with and always very quick to respond to our calls and have immediate solutions for our needs! We came to regard the fabulous caregivers who took care of Dad as Family.....they truly went over and beyond the call of duty and treated our Dad as their own as well as making sure to communicate with each other daily to insure a seamless routine for Dad! Unfortunately Dad had to be moved to the next level of care, but thanks to our Happier at Home “Angels” we were able to keep him at home and very happy for longer than we ever dreamed possible! I highly recommend their services as this is one agency that gives your loved one the personal care they deserve!
