White Glove Community Care has a history of providing home care services since 1997. The agency is accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) in NY, and is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide Nursing, Home Health Aides, Personal Care and other ancillary support services, in the counties of Nassau, Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens and Richmond. White Glove is also licensed in the State of New Jersey to provide home health services by the Division of Consumer Affairs. The agency was established to address the needs of individuals at home who were either recovering, disabled, chronically/terminally ill, or in need of nursing care and/or assistance with the essential activities of daily living. Today the agency has a history of providing these services to patients with diminished physical capabilities who choose to live independently. White Glove contracts with many of the major Private Insurances, MLTC’s (Managed Long Term Care), MCO’s (Managed Care Organizations) and CHHA’s (Certified Home Health Agencies) . In addition, White Glove Community Care provides Private Duty Nursing services to patients in need. Our primary goal is to provide quality skilled care to patients with Ventilators, Tracheotomy, or Feeding Tubes. Additionally, we also provide highly skilled private duty nursing care to Pediatric patients with chronic conditions.
