I would never choose to use this agency again. They are understaffed, resulting in uncovered shifts. The staff they do have is spotty: for one good one you get three poor. I kept giving them chances to resolve their inadequacies, but the straw that broke the camel's back happened one weekend when I was out of town. I got a call from the scheduler at the time the aide was supposed to be taking care of my mother telling me that she had arrived but could not get in because the supervisor had not given her a key. When I asked where the key was, I was told by the scheduler it was in her desk, so I suggested she get it and deliver it to the aide. The scheduler said she did not have access to the building on the weekend, so I suggested that she contact someone who had access and have her deliver the key. This was not done, resulting in me having to return from out of town to car for my Mother. When I expressed my concern to Living Resources at their failure and my Mother's situation I was told to call 911 if I was worried. No one from Living Resources ever showed up that day!
