They pass the buck on billing issues, their employees spend their time texting and not caring for their clients. I stopped service in May and they are still billing me for services and have not returned my deposit! I had to go the bank and deny their auto-pay status. They are more trouble than they are worth. Don't waste your time, use another company. "

"United One Home Care provided 24 hour round the clock service for my 89 year old grandma who is on hospice and has dementia and can get sundowners. From the moment I spoke with Hugh on the phone to schedule an assessment I was very pleased with his customer service and knowledge when answering my questions. When I let them know what my grandma needed which was a list of things due to her health they truly listened and it was replicated back to the caregivers. Every caregiver that came and cared for my grandma was caring, knowledgeable, and even cleaned my grandmas house even though we did not need them too but it was a nice bonus. Their caregivers are reliable and always showed up right on time. I was amazed at how amazing the night caregivers were my grandma is constantly needing help at night and they were highly alert and never missed a beat. I highly recommend this home care agency. They truly were a blessing and I only wish we could have called them sooner. The entire staff of this company was amazing to me and my family (Hugh, Ashley and Madison). Our caregivers were Judy, Pam, Sofiat, Levi and John I highly recommend getting one or all of them if you can."

"When we started using Nursefinders in 2008, they were quite reliable. Unfortunately, this is not now the case. They were acquired by a larger company over a year ago and their quality if caregivers and staffing assistance has suffered greatly, as has care for my disabled sister. Morale of our story is that "bigger" and name recognition do synonymous with quality care. Be prepared to periodically change caregivers to maintan quality care and always keep current with local ratings. We are interviewing a small locally-owned agency this week which we believe will better meet our needs. "

"This company has a lot of clients that have dementia and Alzheimers. They help in assisted living on different levels. I have had the same worker for over one and a half years. At the other companies I went through so many different worker's due to various problems. I haven't had to deal with that here so far. "
