Very little communication. They would wait to get a replacement at the last minute and then no one showed up I was with them for several years and until the last year,we had constant turner over.WE ended up with the greatest aide, but she had to leave comfort keepers and she was not treated well when it came to certain things. The service provides people. Some fell asleep some did very little It was the constant not showing up and the turn over that was terrible

We're currently using Comfort Keepers but right now we are looking for a new provider. The service is just like some other providers. There are some good ones and some bad ones. In the beginning they were attentive in giving me the schedules but now I have to call and they don't respond.
