E&S has been unreliable in providing daily aides for my mother-in-law. They either don’t show up and don’t contact us to let us know, or are unable to find someone to come. And when someone calls out, they have not been able to find a replacement for that day. We are a recent client and will be switching to another agency as soon as possible. Unless you live right near where their aides live, I wouldn’t recommend E&S to take care of my dog, let alone a loved one.

Unfortunately my dad passed away recently, but thanks to E & S Hime Care Solutions for making his last few years alive the best for him and my family. The home health aide Julie took great care of my dad and kept his soul alive and happy. He was always clean and well fed. The coordinators from E & S really nailed it with the aides for my dad. He was never left alone. The aide became a part of our family and even came to his funeral. Thank god for this agency. I do not Know how my dad’s last years would be without them.

Mom and dad started with Home Care here right after rehab. The nurse came out to meet my parents at the rehab center before the services even started and my parents clicked immediately. I was afraid that my life would change with my mom’s fall and dad’s Parkinson’s progression but the home health has a good handle on their daily living and my parents are always clean, happy and fed.

My uncle had gotten a knee replacement and needed help getting around the house since he lived alone and had no one to help him. I got a call from Andrea at E & S Home Care Solutions and she walked me through the entire process to get my uncle set up with one of their home health aides. Andrea then connected me with a nurse that came to my uncle’s house to get a better idea of what my uncle needed help with and what type of home health aide would work well with my uncle. It was perfect match from the beginning. This was supposed to be temporary but became permanent because my uncle really enjoyed the company and the security of having someone there with him. I couldn’t ask for a better home health aide.

Both of my parents are receiving 24 hour care from E & S Home Care. The Care coordinators and aides are caring, comforting and loyal to my parents’ needs and give me the sense of relief to know that I can take care of my family without harming my parents’ well being. Maureen O. Is a great aide and our nurse case manager Carmen is so kind and patient with my parents. When we started using E & S Home Care, the Care coordinator spent time to explain the whole process and answer any doubts that I had about the care. The nurse and aide came to my parents home on the first day of care and asked all of the right questions to make sure that a good plan of care was in place so I wouldn’t need to be physically involved with my parents’ direct care. When the nurse left, the aide started right away to help my parents with getting lunch prepared. I was amazed at how attentive the aide was and how quickly my parents fell in love with Maureen.
