The agency helps me with four hours of care a day, and the person I have provides continuity of care. The agency is always here when I need them, and if I have to go out, I feel comfortable knowing that the caregiver is here, and I trust her.

They could have improved the communication. The people who went there did nothing. They don't have a work ethic.

I would recommend it because we have had it for a while and have not had any issues. I do not have to do a lot that they do, like showering my mom. I like that it frees up my time.

I think all agencies need more workers so it's easier to get a fill in. Also let the aides know what they are getting into before they come. Some like a deer in headlights. They help me not have to take off work to take care of my mom.

They seem to be able to keep staff available for care at the house consistently. It takes a lot of worry off of me to have someone at the house with her.

We used Visiting Angels for my mother-in-law. They were great. They sent an amazing person who stayed with her the whole time to help with bathing, companionship, cooking, and cleaning in the house. She did everything we can't.
