Hospice care for my best friend that I had Medical Directive for his end of life. Susannah ands Ella were professional ,efficient, kind and empathetic. Ella especially was impessive with handling a complicated situation at the home and quick to respond to a rapid changing condition and reached out to all family members involved so no one was left out of the loop. She presented me with all possibilities for end of life and quickly responded and arranged our decisions.

After a long, very rough journey, our mom is finally at peace. During the last months of her life, she, and we, were blessed that she was under the gentle care of Grace Healthcare Services. From the moment they came into our lives, they compassionately led us all through the process, considering all our concerns and giving Mom the best care and comfort possible. Everyone on the staff was knowledgeable, personable, and available. They operated as a real team. We are so grateful to Natacha her HHA, Robinson her LPN, and Erica her visiting social worker. Each took their time and energy to attend to Mom’s needs and lift her spirits. Most of all, we are thankful for, and indebted to Amy H, Mom’s nurse who led everything. Amy was always a passionate cheerleader for mom. Regardless of mom’s mood when Amy arrived, Mom had a smile when she left. Amy always kept us informed and helped us navigate all the stages of that we inevitably dealt with while giving Mom her the best care possible. Having the support of Amy and her team helped not only Mom, but our whole family. Thank you, Grace Healthcare. You made all our lives better through your kindness.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Faith and Jonathan were when they were helping us with our Aunt during her passing. They were very compassionate and kept us informed throughout the process. It's never an easy thing for the family to go through but they definitely made things easier because we knew Grace Hospital care was advocating for our loved one..

My experience with Grace Healthcare Services was amazing. They took care of my father and they took care of our family. They were professional caring and responsive at such a challenging time for us. The RN was kind, always on time, and went above and beyond. Pain management was never an issue. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances.

Recently, my mother was in need of hospice services. Having used Grace Healthcare to care for my Dad in his final months, I knew to turn to Grace once again. Christine, the nurse was just amazing. She made sure my Mom was comfortable and well taken care of. Communication with the Assisted Living staff was superb. Christine was an advocate so needed during Mom's final days. Christine stayed with Mom for hours during her final day and was present when Mom passed, making sure she was comfortable at all times and was there during any moments of distress. I can't thank Grace enough for caring for both of my parents. Unfortunately, my son was diagnosed with ALS, and although I hope we won't need to, I wouldn't let any other hospice care for him.
