The folks that came out from Gentiva Home Health tried to do puzzle games, word games, they try to keep my mother active. But there was no change, she wasn't really progressing. So all they did was check her vital signs and made she was clean and make sure she took her shower, changd her clothes, but that was it there was nothing else done. They were great people. They took their time with her, treated mom with respect, treated us with respect, and let us know everything that was going on. We did two terms of three months with them. So I didn't have any complaints of them at all. I guess they could improve on their social services and their social workers to help not only the client but the family with more information and more avenues to get more help.
