We just started using Rainbow Helpers and the service has been good so far. They're very professional and helpful with my dad. The caregiver is a nice girl and knows what she's doing. She helps me pick my dad out of the bed and cleans him up for me. I can't say anything bad about her. They're very easy to talk to. The representative for the agency came over to my house and explained everything to me, she's very nice, and calls to see how everything is going. We can also call her if we have any questions. They also offer light housekeeping and help make my dad eat. It's been awesome.
