I found Visiting Angels for my mom. They're fine, but a couple of times the people didn't show, so they had to get somebody quickly. Lately, they've been getting different people every day. I would like to have the same person come in so it doesn't scare my mother. They seemed to be concerned about this problem.

We had Visiting Angels, who were fantastic. They were well trained, compassionate, strong, and helpful. I could not really say enough good things about them. They were great. The billing was well explained and provided you with documents to read and a contract to sign before you started their service. They were a totally upfront and totally professional organization. They were really good.

For 4 months, we had someone from Visiting Angels to help my mother. I was very happy with them. The caregiver cooked meals in the evening and took my mom for walks. A companion to both my parents. But after my father died, I needed someone to be with my mom for 24/7, and they didn't have somebody available at that time.
