It made my life more difficult in the short run because it was so hard to match my dad with a new caregiver after the first caregiver was such a bomb. He is too proud to have a caregiver that was so young, because then everyone knows it is a caregiver. Whereas if his caregivers were older and closer to his age, people would think they were his friends. I just don't have enough experience with them. I thought they first caregiver did not fulfill the promises they promised.

It depends on the worker and I do not need 9 hours a week but that is the least I can get. There is just a big difference in care by different workers. I would like it a whole lot better if I had the same health care worker rather than different people. Experience really shows. I appreciate the ones who are experienced. It makes a huge difference.
