It makes such a big difference; I have wonderful care. It really helps my persona and the way I deal with my MS. I have been with them since November and the people are wonderful. The management is wonderful, and I have received wonderful care from them.

When they are consistent, it is great. They don't provide much notice when they cancel and don't have many fill-ins. They could be better organized. I would like to know who has what training.

They have helped the most with having reliable PCA's that can come and help me when I need help. They help with showers. I like the PCA's that I have had. They have been really good.

They are always here when I need them and are flexible with scheduling. I would recommend them because they're here every time I need them to be. I've asked for added time and changed times, and they made it easy for me.

We can't do much, and our quality of life is better. They play games with Mikey and that improves his quality of life. I just like that they get us really good care.

Communicated even when they made a mistake or even when they didn't have staffing. We like that they care for their customers and look for the right kind of people that fit with their clients. We have had a number of their staff that hadn't worked for us, and they looked for other staff.

They take her to the mailbox and back and help her with the tv. They do the best they can. They need to keep us with the same caregiver. They keep switching them around.

Since I have a hard time walking, they definitely take care of the bathroom and take care of the things I can't do and they are doing a great job at doing that. I like that Synergy homecare is prompt, shows up at the time they say, listens, and tries to do everything to make everything better before they leave.
