i used this service for in-home skilled RN care (mental health) for five years (i only switched agencies when i moved out of their service area). i had several nurses over the course of my first year with them and it was kind of hit-or-miss with who came out on a given week, i did finally settle with one and had an excellent long-term relationship with her. she was responsive, caring, understanding and never rushed. if you are willing and able to advocate for yourself, this is a good agency - from my experience, mental health in-home care isn't widely available in the twin cities.
