"very disorganized could not find someone to for about 6 weeks to come take care of my needs when they did worked a day or 2 then never returned back called them to find out what was going on all i got was we are trying to find someone for you then i get no calls back on i call again get the same answer i finally get someone and does a bad job about 30 minutes work out a 2 hr time slot then sits around comes in asked me what i want done hmmmmm should not have to be asked leaves early out of the 2 hr time alotted this is not right being as insurance is covering it should not be in bussiness at all some of the staff in office are overweight need good excercise program does not make them bad people but i feel lazy as not getting nothing done at all to provide services to me "

Even though she could not speak when I was with her and her caregivers were in the room she would point at them and give a big smile, just to let me know she really liked them. They also took time to do the little things for her, like painting her nails and putting on her favorite jewelry.
