very disorganized could not find someone to for about 6 weeks to come take care of my needs when they did worked a day or 2 then never returned back called them to find out what was going on all i got was we are trying to find someone for you then i get no calls back on i call again get the same answer i finally get someone and does a bad job about 30 minutes work out a 2 hr time slot then sits around comes in asked me what i want done hmmmmm should not have to be asked leaves early out of the 2 hr time alotted this is not right being as insurance is covering it should not be in bussiness at all some of the staff in office are overweight need good excercise program does not make them bad people but i feel lazy as not getting nothing done at all to provide services to me

Very disorganized company! Very rude employees and when I called to speak to management at corporate office, they were very snide and aloof. They are unable to retain employees to staff our needs. I talked to one employee who told me that they can't even keep managers at the branch locations and they let the workers do what they want. I left and went somewhere else where I am receiving much better service - and the employees seem happy! There are much better agencies out there. :)
