We have a caregiver from Residential Home. They are very good. A nurse comes in twice a week. One caregiver comes in twice a week, and one comes in once a week. A physical therapist comes in once a week. The agency is very good. They come out right away. If there is any problem like one of the people that is supposed to come out on Saturday morning and he calls at 8 o'clock Saturday morning, then someone else comes out that day. We have no problem at all. They are very good. They are right in the book. If the caregiver does exercises with my mother or whatever else she does, they all write it down on this book, so we can just look at it and see.

I didn't like the caregiver from Residential Home Health. From 0 to 10, I'd give her a 0. She was terrible and did nothing. They were excellent at Residential Home Health, but the caregiver was a 0.

We hired Residential Home Health as our caregiver for my husband, and so far, everything has been excellent. They are very professional and really help make improvements with my husband.
