We are using Visiting Angels. We have been very pleased with the caregivers that have come. They're very caring and personal. They pay attention to what my brother needs. They have been prompt, and they have done whatever we have asked. They have been very good. Also, this does not require a contract. Mostly, they help him with my brother's grooming needs. One girl is very good at massages; he really appreciates that. They're efficient and courteous. Communication is professional.

The caregiver I have from Visiting Angels is very good, but they just they went from $18 to $25 without warning. I only have her two days a week. I would have rated them quite well a couple of weeks ago. They could improve on how they bill people.

I've read about Visiting Angels on internet and I like what I saw. I spoke with them and they were willing to do what I asked. My mom really likes the caregiver that she has now. She works real hard. She assists my mom personally and helps around the house. My mom appreciates and enjoys having her. The only thing I had a problem was that I initially wanted like a documentation to implement specially about mom's health since I'm not always there with her. Anyway, that was just a bit of a drawback at that time but it's all taken care of.

I'm very happy with Visiting Angels. I have been using them for about a year. The lady that I have now is very good at what she does. She's very helpul and nice. I have no issues with her at all.

Visiting Angels come in and take care of my home for me beautifully. I'm a perfectionist and they're doing a great job. The girl who comes in is very job oriented. She goes through the house and does a beautiful job.I'm very very happy with what they do for me.

I initially found Visiting Angels on the internet. I contacted them and they were very prompt in responding to my questions and coming right out for an interview so we could meet them and find out about their services. We were pleased with what they have to offer. We decided that we would give them a try and everything worked out very well. Their caregivers are very dedicated. I was very impressed with their screening process because they are very careful about the people that they hired. They were very good about matching us up with the right person. We went through one or two people that weren't quite the best fit because mom has alzheimers. They worked with us until we found just the right set of people to help her and they were with her for two and a half years. They were flexible too. There were times that we needed extra hours or changes in caregivers and they always work with us on it.
