I had Comfort Keepers in my parents home for over eight months. They matched just the right caregivers to work with them. My parents could not have been more pleased. The caregivers skills, professionalism and compassion was wonderful. The care coordinator went above and beyond to accommodate my parents every need. Their 24 hour service was so helpful for emergencies and last minute appointments. We had two other agencies in the home prior to Comfort Keepers and they did not come close to the service and attention that they received from Comfort Keepers. I recommend them highly.

We were able to get help from Comfort Keepers within a week. We have been using them for about 5 weeks now. My aunt has two aides. She had a chance to meet them first. The caregivers are wonderful and they are a good match for her. She felt very comfortable with them. They help my aunt with meal preparations, bathing, getting ready for bed, and her medications. They were very compassionate. They could improve on their communication though.
