My caregivers have had a positive impact because they do good work. There's been times when I wanted to call and get somebody else, but now, everything is falling into place and my caregiver is doing pretty good now. I think that now, my caregiver is a keeper. In the past, my caregiver wasn't showing up like she was supposed to. She wasn't calling to tell me she wasn't going to be here, and neither did the agency. They didn't keep me updated on the stuff that was going to happen. They would also just send somebody else without letting me know that somebody else was coming.

It has been extremely helpful. They have provided aid and asked if I need any supplies. They are not very well at contacting me ahead of time if a caregiver would not be here.
