For the most part, the caregivers are proactive, helpful, and attentive. We have a fair amount of caregivers. Training varies among them and therefore, I have to constantly keep an eye on things to step in and help. Overall, they're great people to work with. I am glad to have them in my house.

They mostly sit, but I don't really need them. I am trying to find ways that I can send them home, I really don't need them because I am better. They have been quite nice. They haven't done very much, but they have done what they came to do.

I needed help in getting dressed and with cooking meals. Because of my insurance, there were certain things that I couldn't get done. This is the only service that had the technical ability that I needed and the other services I needed as well.

Our longtime Synergy homecare giver is a blessing. We do not need to tell her what things need to be done. She notices on her own and does more to help than we would ever have thought of. We look forward to her visits. She is like family for us.

Since they came in I have been able to rest and be comfortable leaving my husband with them. When I come home he is well-dressed and his diaper is clean. They are very polite, and they take interest and hear anything that I tell them. They take my interests to heart and take time to listen to me.

They were really good, and it's hard to find something that's really good in this industry.

We have gotten continuity and help with building up his strength, which are the important things to us. I take care of my dad 4 days a week, and they come in 3 days a week. We are able to get the same person all 3 days that they come. My dad likes that consistency and knowing that the same person knows the routine. It gives him peace of mind.

It has been great. They do her hair, her bath, and her nails. ,I only wanted a couple days a week and all the other agencies I called didn't want to take us because we wanted only 2 days a week. Synergy worked with me about the days we wanted and the money we had.

The caregivers are on time. Most follow directions well, and they are very responsive to my mother and are able to converse with her. I guess it goes on an individual basis. Some of the caregivers are more attentive and more responsive. There have been a few that were not very attentive of her needs and things she needed taken care of.

She is pretty deep in dementia. My wife needs a friendly person, and they have been great with all of that. I like the people. We have been pleased with the caregivers they have sent.

My mother refused help because we had an agency that had a caregiver that barely did anything for my mother. She took my mom to CVS, left her alone, and did her own shopping. The owner of the company actually follows up, and they've sent someone out to see her situation. They matched her perfectly.

My family member doesn't need a lot of care, but that doesn't mean it hasn't been impact-full. I would tell a friend about how personable they are. I feel like the ownership are very nice. They made us feel comfortable.

They've been able to get my dad up and walk. They help get him some exercise. Everyone is very professional and friendly and the caregiver is very knowledgeable.
