I like that the agencies' caregiver they provided who took care of my husband was kind and considerate. I felt comfortable having her in my home. The agency allowed me to have time to leave for groceries and appointments. I was not able to leave him alone, and I was able to be comfortable when they looked after the client.

They need to improve the training and, overall, the aides. We have had different aides, and they all do something different, communication from the agency. If the aide called out, they didn't have back up. It didn't really add value. There were one or two that had excellent bedside manner, the others, you could tell they were there to collect a check. To me, my mom had part-time services, and they were very expensive.

I like that they are professional, transparent, the quality of care, and the accessibility. I appreciate the caregivers and their ability to help her with her daily needs. The caregiver doesn't make her feel inadequate; she is there to support her and really comfort her.

They have a large pool of caregivers to pull from, so you won't be left without care. They are licensed, insured, and trustworthy. It makes all the difference in the world to me. I can know that my mom is safe, and that somebody's with her and taking care of her. I can do other things without having to have half of my brain on her at the same time.

The people I dealt with on the phone were polite, responsive, and helpful. The caregivers were nice and tried to help my husband have a good day. It helped free me up during the 12 hours they were here, and I didn't have to worry about him.

I wish I could afford to keep them because they really helped a lot. The cleaning helped me a lot. They have a wide variety of caregivers. If one caregiver doesn't work out, they are very attentive in hiring a new caregiver. The care was consistent and of good quality.

I didn't have any other options. I needed a companion, not a nurse, and they were able to provide that. They are so easy to work with and responsible. Their companionship really helped his depression. I like that they are very accommodating. I hired them during an emergency, and they provided a caregiver that could speak Spanish on very short notice.
