They are very efficient. She cleans my clothes. She sweeps the floor, cleans the bathtub, helps me get dressed, and cooks food.

The primary caregiver we use now is wonderful. Nafi and I get along well, and she listens to what I have to say. She's a very thoughtful and responsive person. She takes my wife for a walk every day, which is great. I also like the other caregiver, Aracemi. It's allowed me to go do a lot of other things I need and want to do. I feel very comfortable that my wife is being well taken care of.

I like that they are receptive to changes that I want to make in terms of my mom's care. They give my mom the care she needs. They give me peace of mind that somebody is there to take care of her. She has the same 4 aides, and it has been really helpful because she has dementia.

The personalized service has been very responsive, and understood the needs and has understood my mother's needs and tried to match them to an appropriate caregiver. My mom has limited needs; she is able to get the help she needs at this level. The caregiver is great, but in terms of language and understanding, with the heavy accent is not optimal because of my mother's poor hearing and eyesight. But given my mom's needs, this is good care that they were able to provide.
