Staffing has been short and I was hiring someone for seven days or seven evenings a week and they have not always had staff to cover seven evenings a week. Someone would call in or was not always available and that was frustrating.

The girls that have been with her for a long time are able to notice that. I find that the caregivers are very open and don't send someone just to fill the slot. They try to keep my loved one happy with the caregivers that she prefers. That wasn't something that I was able to find with the other companies that I tried. I think they have been wonderful, and I am glad I tapped into the services.

Visiting Angels came on the weekends. When the help at the nursing home switched over, they were able to keep consistency in her life, so it was excellent. They were very responsive. The woman that was there most of the time made great connections with Hope, and what they promised us did occur.

They've allowed my father to life independently or at home. Without this care, he would be in a nursing home. All of the care workers are very kind and caring.

I don't have to worry about falling. They have caught me a couple of times and they keep me pretty steady and make sure that I am always using my walker. I like the caregiver that I have. They are very good and take very good care of me. They do everything that they need to do and more.
