My review personal review of the Visiting Angels, based on my personal experience with them is that they are not a well managed organization. The owner has a problem communicating and blames the client; she seems to expect her clients to be mind readers. Visiting Angels does not take good care of there clients like i expected. For me, the management caused me more stress than much needed respite; thanks for nothing. Although when it came to actually working with the patients they did do an decent job, it still wasn't what i was expecting based on a friend that gave me a personal review of the company. I actually believe the company had potential to maybe be better in another location, just the people at Visiting Angels in Lexington, Ky were just rude. Now I am currently not having my granpa associated with the Home care agency; Visiting Angels, but may try again in the future if located differently.
