This company has the worst office manager, they say she will get back to you but you call over and over and she never does, when she does get on phone, she resolves nothing. Very condescending, said she has been in HOME HEALTH 22 years. I fired them.

Supposedly PT but I never had any. They never set a time. they call when 10-15 min. away. Caregivers were good. I think it's the management. Not very responsive. They say someone will get back to you & they naver do.
