My caregiver listens to me about what i want and completes her duties. She ALWAYS leaves my home clean an refreshed when she leaves. I have had other caregivers who do what they want when they want. If all of their workers were like mine, they would have lots of clients. Mine is never late and if she is running late she always calls me to let me know when she will arrive. I gave a five star rating based on my experience with my caregiver!

They often sent different aides in the same week. Some aides ate my food. Strangely enough the eating of my food is not specific to St.Raphael. They often sleep, one got a clean sheet from the hallway and put it on the sofa with a pillow and a blanket. They don't show up on time, or at all. Some didn't know how to use a dishwasher or washing machine. Another told me it was not her job to help me, it was her job to supervise me helping myself. Right... They bring their kids, sisters, laptops and use my TV. If I want to watch tv it's my tv, I'm not getting paid to do anything. They are paid to care for me not watch my tv, eat my food, show up with they want. Give out my phone number to their friends, boy friends, ex husbands, kids or anyone else. Also, your supposed to be at work, not on social media, or texting or just chatting. I can say the same for numerous agencies. I've even had my hours changed to reflect that someone was in my home when they were not.Bad aides? Bad Agency? Most likely both.

Do not use this service. Their management and most of their caregivers are not reliable. They sent a girl into my parents house that was wearing an ankle bracelet. I caught her drinking from my dads cup before serving it to him. She also fed herself from his food. This last weekend they were supposed to get 16 hours of care and they only got 6.

This is a smarly operated home health agency that provides care throughout the Wichita area. The nurse/administrator is a seasoned and dedicated provider. She know the rules of the business and is a shtickler about following them. Both nursing and homemaker care options are available through this agency, as well as education for family care-givers on medication set up and issues. For the most part, care-givers are well trained and committed to doing a good job. In my opinion, an agency is only as good as their care-givers. I think St. Raphael goes the extra mile to be screen and train care givers. It is a popular agency for good reason.
