Kudos to Susan and the Superior Care Team! They have provided services to my brother for the last two years. Communication has been wonderful! His nurse keeps me informed of all medical issues, and has called the VA on my brother's behalf several times, when I could not get them to call me back. His staff are always willing to do whatever he needs, i.e. take him to doctor appointments, shopping, movies, etc. Both my brother and I appreciate the care that Superior Care continues to give him!

I scheduled in home care for my 89 year old mother, while I was out of state for two weeks and the girl showed up the first week, was supposed to dust and did not do a good job. She did not show up the second week at all. The communication is terrible. I carefully went over every detail with the director, via text and she still didn’t seem to understand what I expected, dates or anything. She continually asked questions that I had thoroughly covered in the details, in texts. I was really hoping that I would have a caregiver taking care of mom while I was away so I wouldn’t worry about mom, and as it turned out, I spent most of my vacation not only worrying, but setting up relatives and friends to stop in and check on her.

Superior Care Iowa is absolutely the best. All the caregivers are loving, respectful and professional. Superior Care Iowa customizes care for each individual. The caregivers come into my home so we can observe them with my mother. My mother is 95 years old and we ask for her to be stimulated as well as taken care of physically. She can't see much so it is a challenging task. Each caregiver has a little different approach but everyone has fun with it and my mother smiles every day! In addition to our observations, I have had comments from her hairdresser and her chiropractor about how great the staff is with her. To top it off, everyone at Superior Care Iowa understands the needs of the family as well. That attitude starts at the top with Susan, the owner. I can't say enough good things about Superior Care Iowa
