We used We Are Family Home Care for my mom in the past. Their representative came out and we listened to her presentation about the agency; we liked her personality. So that's why we hired them. They didn't have the right caregiver for my mother. We got the schedule that we requested and we had someone available for the schedule, but as far as the replacement for the caregiver that wasn't right for my mom, they didn't have anybody available. So we had to go with another agency. They provide homecare and light housekeeping, although the person that we got didn't do any light housekeeping.
