Experienced nurses and therapists took great care of Dad. They did all the billing to Medicare and everyone made Dad feel special. These people know what they are diing.

Unacceptable Service

Tried for three months to connect with Caregivers Regional Director of Marketing, even down to asking her a good time to talk and she still did not make time to connect. I did not know how to handle this because I have never dealt with a company that did not make time for a customer. We are new to area and needed care for my parents and this place was recommended, I would caution very highly utilizing this company as I called several times asking to speak to anyone that had the time for us without luck. I left a message for the Owner and it took her three days to get back to me and when she did she was so full of attitude. I did learn they lost a sizable contract that same day, but why take it out on a potential customer. Then I learned the nurses were not showing up to the facility through the end of their obligations. I would have to say they are in the wrong profession because nursing is about the patients not office politics. There are many other facilities with much higher integrity, so I just say do your homework before making a final choice.

Depressed and lonely

I Was with this agency for a little over a year and within that time had numerous home health aids ; while some of the aids was pretty good; it became a bother for me and my husbsnd to continue to allow this agency to not care enough about us as clients to provide us with an aid whom we would or could became familiar enough for us to be comfortable with them.
