One of the things that people like me would need is someone to wipe up the floor or scrub the bathrooms because I can't do that. And also run the sweeper, maybe cook a meal every now and then. In the beginning they were very good and very helpful with that but then I was told that they were no longer allowed to do that. But those were the things that you need as much as anything. I don't expect them to move furniture and do that kind of stuff. But the bathrooms are specific because I have a lot of urinary tract infection and sometimes it's really difficult. And with the cancer in my spine, I can't bend over and clean the commode. And there are days that I can't drive and get to the store or to the doctor. I had pain patches, and the girls from Heartland Home Care that were supposed to come out to take care of me were not allowed to put the pain patches on. You need things like that to be done. And the nurse only came once a week or once every two weeks, so the pain patches can only go on once a week or once every two weeks. There are so many things that are not being addressed.
